Ushollii fardlosh shubhi rok'ataini mustaqbilal qiblati adaa-an lillaahi ta'aalaa.
Meaning
I intend to perform the obligatory Fajr prayer of two rakaats facing the Qiblah for Allah the Almighty.
How to Perform the Prayer

Perform ablution (wudu) properly and ensure the cleanliness of your clothing and prayer space.

Face the Qiblah (direction of the Kaaba in Mecca) and stand upright if able.

Make the intention in your heart according to the prayer being performed (Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, or Isha).

Takbiratul ihram β raise both hands to ear/shoulder level while saying "Allahu Akbar".

Recite the opening supplication (dua iftitah), Al-Fatihah, and a short surah in each rakaat.

Perform bowing (ruku), standing after bowing (i'tidal), two prostrations (sujud), and sitting between them.

Complete all rakaats, recite the final tasyahud, and end with the salam to the right and left.
